So i work in the food service industry and aside from it being shit work with shit people my boss is known to not paying people for extra time. For example if I have a shift from 5 to 10 and I end up working untill 10:45 then those 45 minutes are unpaid. And alot of my coworkers have the same problem and when they try to leave he physicaly blocks them from going outside. Because of this i am constantly late for things and I can't just go away at the end of my shift cause blocks my way. Any advice to deal with this cause I can't leave because it's the best paying job a teen can get and my parents would kill me
