Not sure if this really goes here but I figured you guys would know how my company is screwing us this time. Like the title says my companies gov contract is up at the end of Aug. Today they sent out a thing to sign saying we agree to become salaried employees. We never worked overtime before. Got paid an hourly wage for exactly 40 hours per week. Been there for like 9 years. Also we don’t really have any oversight so I’m not thinking our responsibilities won’t really increase. However they have routinely nickel and dimed us over the years. Pay is staying exactly the same. Just can’t figure out what their angle is so any info would be awesome!!
