During covid, more and more posts from this sub started appearing on the frontpage.
I noticed that at least 80-90% of the problems/incidents shared here, would never really occur where I live (Germany/Europe). We've got decent employee protection laws and strong unions. I know nothing about american employee protection laws, but it looks like you don't even have (what I consider to be) the bare minimum of rights and freedom when it comes to your employment.
So basically my question is: Are you anti-work or anti-americanworkingconditions?
