I put in my two weeks notice with full intention to support my team – “integrity”. After years of being denied opportunity for career growth which was given to offshore teams instead.. lack of support to make things better.. having an engineering vp put me as black sheep in front of an exec team to tell the proscribed plan to cancel all testing to meet timeline.. apathy to profane verbal abuse by another vp.. and one final act of micromanagement of a problem in the least logical method – IM DONE.
The sum has been crippling and demoralizing, while the individual items have made me feel like a punk. I'm a design engineer that doesn't have enough experience to be hired as a design engineer. And I've hustled fucking hard and given 110% with the cards I've been dealt. Fuck it. They don't deserve my two weeks, it's not a bridge I want.
