I recently just started a new job. They launched a new product and wanted to add a couple more employees to the team. Two weeks later a man that has worked here for 6 years was asked to step into big bosses office and never returned to his desk. My manager that is running this new launch explains he was fired shrugs it off and says a new guy will be filling his spot next week. My manager and the big boss knew they were going to fire him and start fresh!! The same day the man was fired I walked past the two bosses laughing about the past employee asking for severance pay!!
The AUDACITY! The audacity to expect a two weeks notice from me if I decided to leave is hilarious.
