Pay and Benefits transparency, what’s the average cost of health insurance that you pay per paycheck?

Been out of college for a year, debating on leaving a full time corporate job for another corporate job but with higher pay in a different industry. Current job doesn't pay enough for me to afford an apartment on my own and infact it's underpaid for the industry but the benefits, specifically the health insurance is really good and that's what my family keeps telling me. However I have no idea how to gauge if the health insurance is better or worse generally if I leave this job for higher pay and better growth career wise. I work in pharmacuticals, and pay $60 per paycheck into Independence Blue Cross Personal Plus choice with a $500 deductible. It requires no referals for in network care and $30 to see a specialist and $35 for 3rd tier level prescription. Is this generally a normal benefit most companies offer for individual plans? Or…
