After my departure the company hurt for a little bit but they found my replacement within two weeks. All my old coworkers love me and keep in touch. Since my departure they thought it was perfect time to fire a manager (granted it was well deserved), while they’re still looking to replace two managers that have left. This made other managers mad and one quit today.

My replacement only lasted three days before she quit, she felt my work was too complicated and was not meant for a two year staff. Another staff quit because it sucks there.

Based on the current workload, August being around the corner, and management’s lack of actions; two more staff, one senior, one supervisor, one manager, and two admin are expected to quit before August.
