AC not working in the office where I work, and so far it's been out for a week
It's nearly 100 degrees outside every day. I had asked if we could work from home (we wfh on Fridays) because I don't think it's safe to be in that environment for anyone.
I had expressed I have kidney diease and chest problems which makes me vunerable to being sick in not well ventilated areas and difficulty to breathe with no air flow.
I was told from my bosses that it is an office job and to wear airy clothing to combat the heat. I wear Tshirts and slides to work every day lol. I also have a huge desk fan and drink a lot of water.
I ended up getting covid and my kidneys got worse. There's a lot of people in this office and it is extremely hot humid air. I'm wondering if this is possible. I literally dont do anything except go to eat occasionally and to the office
