Hello all I recently started working at a small business with 4 employees and it started out pretty nice but recently I started getting scheduled 7am- 5pm then coming back in at 730pm for an hour. Realizing this is the dumbest shit ever and I don't even want to do this anymore I want today to be my last day I don't want to even go in tomorrow. The problem lies with how I'm paid. Checks are given by hand from the small business owner every Monday. So while I want to just never show up again I still want to get the money I am owed without going in. Any help?
