So pretty much at my training to be a rad tech assistant hasn’t been that good mostly due to time. My trainer only had 1 month to show me the ropes. The techs mostly will keep their input and advice to themselves out of fear of offending me, yet they get angry/upset when I make mistakes. And when I call them out on their bs by asking “what’s wrong?” They go “what? ”
