Is anybody else refusing these long pre-employment tests?

So I understand sending in resumes and cover letters. That's totally fine with me. However, I am tired of these long tests when I don't even have an interview yet. I applied for a WFH position and all I had to do was send in my resume and cover letter. Now I'm on my 2nd interview with them. But I keep getting emails about how companies want me to take a 45 minute to 100 minute test, and I'm now ignoring them. Verizon asked me to do one of them and I just stopped. I don't have the energy for it. Plus these tests are really insulting and treat you like you're stupid. How do you feel about them?
