I worked nine days in a row “on accident” because my boss forgot to give me a day off

My slimeball of a (former) boss refused to make a schedule for all of her employees who have been working for 6+ months. I was essentially on call every single day and had to wait for her to text me if I was coming in that day or not because she was “too busy” to make a schedule for 6 months apparently. I was so desperate for money I would show up every single day she would text me begging for help even if it was within 30 minutes notice. I went on working nine days in a row with not a single day off, I was so exhausted I didn’t even realize I had worked that much without a break. I confronted her about it after realizing and her excuse was that she “forgot because she’s so busy.” I never received any overtime for the entirety of my employment,…

I never received any overtime for the entirety of my employment, and I only quit after she refused to do anything about me being sexually harassed by another coworker.
