Bias at work (long read) (aggravating read)

So I’m just wondering what can be done about bias at work. I work at a small company >25 employees and we have two bosses 50m and 50f they aren’t married and they both own 50% of the company. I’ve been working there for 6 years starting at 12$ and working my way over time to 18$ an hour in that time someone younger than me was hired about three years ago. 50m is friends with (John)’s dad and actually gave him the idea to name him “John”. Experience: I’ve worked in the industry before and learned a little before landing this job. John had no prior experience and hasn’t learned much about the industry since his 3 years being here. John got promoted to foreman recently and got a pay raise. Then due to him barking orders but not working equally as hard he lost title of foreman but…

Nepotism at its finest.

Problem #2
50f boss hires seasonal people based on looks sometimes… so about 2 years ago hired this girl whose boyfriend also worked here, over the two years our 50f boss has become very close with her who is like 18 and sees her as another daughter that “actually wants to talk to me” her words…overtime she has been given tasks she isn’t qualified for and ends up having to be redone by someone else with her getting some credit along the way. My boss has also paid to get their nails done together and soon she will have a key to the store all while still messing up basic tasks still. This week they are both on vacation together. The bias is everywhere and I’m feeling overlooked and taken for granted, what can I do??
