I posted in the pass how I quit my job because the company I slaved for overworked its staff. They did some highering freezes during the pandemic which caused mass turnover and then prevented me, an internal candidate from moving upwards when they recalled us to the office.
I just wanted to let you all know, I probably sent upwards of a hundred resumes, went to a dozen first-second-third interviews, completed quizzes, personality tests, sent follow up emails, was ghosted by recruiters and companies, thanked interveiwers, wrote cover letters that were never read, rejected low-ball offers.. absolutely everything you can think of.
But basically about 2 weeks ago I started a new job that's paying me 30% more than my previous job with a very normal healthy work load and more vacation.
NEVER give in.
