Not giving a f*ck is liberating

It’s finally clicked with me that: I get paid the same whether I send one email or 50 emails a day I get paid the same if I make one call or 20 calls a day I get paid the same if someone is on PTO and I have to do their work I get paid the same for caring too much or not caring at all I get paid the same as the absolute worst people in my position Took me over a decade to realize this. All this time I was just “afraid” of what they thought of me, then I realized they don’t even know I exist. My workday now consist of the bare minimum in output and it’s eased a lot of the previous anxiety I’ve had.
