Been busting my ass working as a laborer for a masonry company since the beginning of April.
In my time being there not a single issue has arose over work ethic. Told to do something. I did it as fast as i could.
Didnt know what to do, id ask & get clarification.
Last week asked the boss for my 90 day review cause ive been spending over $200 a week in gas.
Was told this morning he had hired a new laborer that would be a better fit long term & i wasnt picking up quick enough.
I asked for clarification on specifics & wasnt able to get any.
Was told i could finish out the week but i packed up my tools & left. If im not wanted, I'll be on my way.
