Since I've started at this new company about a year ago, I've become the team leader of my dept., have learned several positions outside my department that I'm the only person capable of doing (the last person was making $35 an hour but he moved to a new job).. so I'm doing his entire job and leading my team above schedule at the same time. Still not making even $30 an hour.
I was promised a raise twice, keep being told I would see it soon as it has to be approved by the regional manager. This was weeks ago.
Meanwhile I'm being told that I'll be needing to train on some new tasks as the work load is I increasing drastically because they “are doing great in sales”
