Btw, I work from home and he knows that I've got some kids to take care of during the day. What I hate about him is he fired my direct supervisor and gave me all of his responsibilities (without a raise). I can't complain bc he said he can fire anyone he wants. I can't afford that right now since I've got two kids and I am paying for the mortgage and a car loan.
I am the Content Manager and he said he can't afford to hire a writer so he asked me to produce 10-15 articles per week with 3000 words each. On top of that, after he fired my direct supervisor, he put all the responsibilities on me, including handling his other company, and asked me to take care of social media stuff too. I am only paid 8 hours per day but I work up to 12 hours a day.
During meetings, he wants to humiliate everyone for how the job is done. I made sure mine is always finished in advance so he won't say anything about the quality of my work. But what he does is he checks the other things I did not do. I DID NOT DO IT BC IT IS NOT PART OF MY JOB and I can't voice it out in the meeting since everyone is there. So I'll just keep quiet -.-
I am just so tired man, I don't have any friends anymore since I work here. I became a completely different person. Sorry for my bad English. This is my 2nd language
