I want to ask for a 2 week vacations to see my familly that I havent seen for over 10 years, but I feel like my request will be denied. Have been working at a small company for 4 months now and plan on going in November. How likely is it that my request might be accepted ? Also was thinking that if it is denied I would have to quit the job to go there but then again if I quit it's risky because I dont know if I can get another job.
