Said person has a disability and needs accommodations. Management has yelled at said person for not doing things correctly and later apologized for yelling saying another employee mad them upset. When the management is abusive said person gets upset and in turn management sends them home early for being upset. Management yelled saying, “You forgot how I taught you” to do said task. Things are blamed on said person as a scapegoat.
