I don't know how long they have actually been looking, I just remember I was looking for a job at that time and they have been looking for employees since then.
There were ads for this on most job sites and I was even asked if I could work there (I apparently tried to get help from some kind of job finder agency. I only remember this vaguely. And this was the ONLY call they ever gave me! To ask if I could work for amazon) I said no because I was looking for a part time job to do while studying and the job is only full time.
And now, 3 years later, I see their ads everywhere! On all social media, this specific position is advertised. Doesn't matter what app I open, I can be sure to find this app.
Did they not find new employees in 3 years or do employees keep quitting? (It's not a crazy big center either)
