Without getting into specifics, the job I'm working has a typical quota of about 70 cases handled a day. We are, of course, understaffed and therefore completely swamped. There's a couple of people who are doing 120+ cases a day and constantly complaining about how much work they have to do and how we're never getting ahead or hiring people to help.
But they're too stupid to realize the reason the company doesn't hire anyone is because they have people willing to do the work of two people for no extra pay.
Why are these people working so hard for fucking nothing and why can't they realize that they're part of the problem? There's no reason to overwork yourself that much when you make the same shitty pay I do.
