I just read a post on this sub where someone stated they have 10 days of sick leave. I wonder what happens when you get sick for more than 10 days per year in that situation. Do you not get paid anymore, are expected to get back to work, or worse? Sick leave isn't a thing in my country, Belgium. Genuinely curious!
