LinkedIn tip -job searching

About five years ago when I was looking for a job, an old coworker called me and told me all about this amazing position at a company he just joined. He was so adamant about all of the potential at this company. It was for a management job in my industry. I’ve been in this industry for about 20 years. I did a little research using glassdoor and some of the reviews were not good. I looked on LinkedIn and found the old manager for the position I was going to interview for.
