Company relocation offer was extremely low!

Recently had a head hunter reach out to me as I was beginning to look at a stable non travel jobs. We discussed pay and benefits which were sub par, but would net me the schedule I wanted which was okay. We discussed relocation which is typically 17k-45k for most players in the industry. This offer was $10k which would not cover breaking a lease, starting a lease, then moving my life AZ to TX. I told them in that moment to not worry about sending me an offer letter as I would need more than double their offer. With that they said “I have hired 390+ technicians and not one has mentioned the relocation isn't enough”. PS. Relocation is very common in my industry as we have about 10 cities in the US that 95% of our workforce live in. So we frequently get offers to move or travel.
