Any advice helps! I just started a job as a transaction coordinator, the work I do is 100% on computer and phone, or some errands here and there. My boss told me at interview that the position could turn into being remote, but he said he wants me to be in office for 90 days while i’m learning, but all my learning is over the phone… He also gave me money to spend on office supplies/decor($1,000). I had my own office at first but now I have a shared office where its literally just a desk. Idk what I’m going to spend $1,000 on but okay. Kinda irrelevant but thought i would add all the details just in case… i worked from home one day when i wasn’t feeling well and omg it was so amazing. I hate getting all dressed up everyday, i hate taking a lunch, i hate driving in traffic, i hate spending a bunch of money on gas and food. I want to ask him to work from home but how do i say it or ask him? I dont want it to be awkward if he says no… anything helps thanks, and have you asked to start working from home? What was the outcome?
