Hello there, I’d like to stay as discrete as possible , I cant give out too much information.
Pre story:
My family member has been out of work for quite some time, a lot of it is plain racism. They were trying to be taken advantage of and refused to be used.
They have a good educational background and I’m thinking of hiring them as my assistant for the contracting jobs I do.(theres no issue with me having assistant )
They will be independent from my agency, just help me with administrative things.
Pay is around 50k , how can I ensure I do so legally? And they are legible for pension benefits from outside sources as well?
