Hey everyone! I've come up with an idea that I think will make job seeking easier and better, and I was wondering what you all think about it.
Basically, you would make a profile on this site with your experience, education, and preferred jobs you'd work. Then, you would wait for employers to request you (you don't have to apply for jobs). Your capability and compatibility for each job is calculated through the program, and you can keep getting requests even when you're working a job (so you can potentially get a better job than you have currently).
I made a website explaining it all (co-ask.com), but I would really just love some feedback.
