Asking the boss if he was drug tested for his position

I'm considering accepting a job offer. The managers that I interviewed with seem like really down to earth guys. The problem is they want to give me a piss test. I feel I can't respect them fir asking me to take one unless I see the results of theirs. Does that seem fair? Also, how would you redditors go about asking these managers for the results of their tests with a little tact?
