Back in early May, our department manager scheduled a 15 minute 1:1 meeting with me for later in the month. This person is not my direct manager but is my bosses manager. I could understand why they would want a quick meeting, no big deal.
The funny thing is for the last month, they keeps rescheduling our meeting and we actually haven’t had the meeting yet. You’re telling me this person can’t find 15 minutes just to “check in” with me for over a month?
Just wanted to share because this is so stupid to me.
