About 10 years ago I applied for Chipotle while looking for my first job and went in to submit my application. I meet with a manager briefly and they said they'd like to get me in for an interview. Awesome! Well, before I go, the manager tells me I need to write a full on essay about their company in order for them to take my interview seriously. I thought it was stupid as soon as they said it and I basically said “fuck it” to that interview and job.
