Who the fuck cares?! Why do employers care so much what I do off the job site. If it doesn't hinder my ability to do the job then why does it matter? If I was on meth or heroin I would understand but if I have a cigarette at the end of the day you're drawing the line?? You're gonna spend a 100 dollars on a lab test and not hire me if it comes up positive for nicotine? I understand it's their right to do so but it doesn't stop me from being so frustated with the whole process of it all. I have a work interview tomorrow for half the day to see how I respond to the job and at this point I just wanna sleep in and give up. How do you guy's stay encouraged while looking for work? I've applied to almost 200 places had almost 20 interviews and have been ghosted on almost all of them. Someone convince me it's all worth it.
