ive been on the pay roll for nearly TWO months now, and ive not even worked 10 shifts. i make 13$ an hour there and i havent had a single check thats over 120$. im currently three months pregnant and have legitimately cried at these people to give me more hours. i was told a week or so ago that “well, because youre new, theyre only gonna schedule you a little bit, and were just going to call you in when we need you.” w h a t ??? i am supposed to have no plans whatsoever and be there at the drop of a hat?! i have a baby on the way, bills to pay, and my bf’s job barely covers bills, groceries, and other necessities. on top of this, most “part time” positions around our town are only offering 10-15 a week too. sigh, rant over, im so stressed out and terrified for what is happening in our world right now.
