Sorry for my bad English My friend just finished a not paid internship (5 months) at a company. He worked there very hard and actually take control of the whole IT-servciedesk. But the the IT manager just hired his neighbor's son (who have zero knowledge about IT and now getting training from my friend).
Now my friend is just like crazy mad cause he get promised and motivated for nothing.like donkey and carrot thing.
What's is accutly funny is that manager trying to get another job for him by other companies because he worked really hard 😀
I wish if there is a law about this kind of agreement for people just like me friend.
