I’ve had about 5 jobs since entering the workforce after highschool. I have NEVER handed in my two weeks. I’ve always found a better job and quit effective immediately. Why should I put my two weeks in when they can fire me at the drop of a hat with no notice? I will never put a company’s interest ahead of mine. All told me I’d never work with that company if I quit without notice. … Good.
