TX Covid Exposure at Work, Policy Requires Quarantine

I work retail and where there is an employee with a positive covid test, they contact trace, and anyone who worked in close contact for 15 minutes or more is notified. If you are vaccinated but not boosted, you are required to quarantine for 5 days. They say there is no compensation or anything. I am an hourly worker, this is a nationwide company, I am not positive, I am vaccinated but had workplace contact with an employee who has tested positive. It's wild to be that a workplace-required policy to workplace exposure to illness requires me to lose days of work. Any resources that may be applicable would be welcomed. I could only find resources for if you have tested positive and are quarantined.
