The pharmacy my family goes to has been closed for days because they have no pharmacists

Went to get my kids meds on Thursday and there was a sign that said closed at 5 due to low staff. Friday I get there and it says closed at 3. Today (Saturday) they didn't have a pharmacist all day I was told. The store is open, just not the pharmacy, and the employee at the register tells me “maybe tomorrow”. So how do I get the meds for my kid that have stupid laws about not being able to transfer them?!? Last time I was there, they had plenty of employees, so I assume they all got fed up and walked. Good on them, but I still need meds. Luckily they aren't life or death, and can have a doctor send a new Rx to another pharmacy on Monday if needed. This stuff just hurts everyone, not just the employees who quit. Why don't they just pay people…

Why don't they just pay people well, treat them good, and make sure they have enough people working so it's not constantly 'crunch time'.

There are at least 4 other various places I go to regular that are closed on random days and times because of low staff.
