Department raises food/product prices, does that entitle me to a raise?

I work at a chain retail store that has a department for hot foods, I prepare and cook these foods for the customer. The price of these foods has gone up, for the customer, twice in the last year. Yet no one in my department has gotten a raise. I am curious if this type of behavior is grounds for me to push for a raise? Thanks
