So I started a new job in a airport bar/cafe. Some things I like others I don't. Mostly it's the rules. I'm trans masc. but due to my previous living situation could not transition. The federal run job says I must use my legal name. Which happens to be my dead name. Breaks are only allowed if you work 5 hours, but since I'm autistic and sometimes need 10 minutes to control my stimulation. I also take my meds mid shift. Is there anything I can do to improve my situation? I'm in Illinois btw
