Hello, Asking for a friend – what should you do if you were promoted but your current supervisor tells you that it was only because of your race and not merit based? The promotion will now make your former supervisor a peer. Doesn't seem to make sense to be told that your performance was not up to par after the fact. Thanks in advance.
