Working less

So, I've been super jaded the last few years after entering the workforce once I finished college. I NEVER worked more than my allotted time because it was MY free time. However I would work like a mad man while I was at work. Easily doubling my next co-workers output at each job. I got a new job about 6 weeks ago after burning out at my last place(IT). Let me tell you the power of not giving a fuck. Given a training video to watch? Why not set it on low speed and fuck off for an hour? Told to go learn a new thing? Of course! It's gonna take me a few hours AT LEAST to get that done (really it's only 20 mins) but now I have a whole cushion of time to do whatever. It's been crazy good for my mental health to pump the brakes…

It's been crazy good for my mental health to pump the brakes on work. The best part though? I'm getting recognized at work for being so diligent and hard working. Y'all. I'm putting in maybe 10-15hrs a week so far.
