I (F 25) started a new job about two months ago. My co worker (F 25) told me this morning that our boss has been touching her and making suggestive comments.
Background: last Friday I went in the office to ask a question and apparently I walked in on him touching her in some way? I didn't get much context cause we only had three minutes to clock into work while talking this morning. However, I personally didn't notice I walked into a sexual assault or anything. I didn't even realize anything until this morning.
Should I take some time and discuss this further with my co worker? I'm not sure what to do but I don't feel safe and our boss has been making me uncomfortable since day 1. (dress code, micro managing, etc). I want to walk out and never return but I would be financially ruined. I hate my job and now I just feel unsafe.
Am I making a big deal since I'm not experiencing the behavior personally?
What should I/we do? Should I/we do anything at all?
I'm scared.
