Describe a moment when you called a person of authority out on something that you weren’t wrong about and it needed to be said, but you got in trouble for it anyway.

My therapist encourages me to write out my thoughts on what bothers me, as I’m dealing with a toxic work situation now, but to not follow through by saying what I’m thinking to the system. I’m trying to convince myself to keep a positive attitude, by being the bigger person, but I feel that my mental health just gets worse and it makes me ruminate a lot about things. It’s easier said than done, but I want to do my best to get through this as rationally as possible.
