Wait until after your shift ends to send an email

If you are lucky enough to work from home, then every once in a while write out an email(non urgent) during your shift, but don't send it. Then log on a few hours after your shift has ended and send the email. This will make it look like you check your work on your own time, when you actually couldn't give a shit.
