60-70 hours per week. After training, you are paid $10 per hour and the overtime is half time. They get away with it by calling it a salary.
It is supposed to be commission but when the market tanked, they changed the pay structure. Each loan only pays around $100-$300 and employees are struggling to even write two per month.
Imagine working 70 hours and having a $400 paycheck!
Besides terrible pay, the constant micromanaging and bullying is enough to break even the strongest person.
