So, the other day I was curious and asked how much my coworker made; she said she STARTED at $25/hr. While me and my cousin started at $21/hr. I find it bullshit when we have more experience than her and she doesn’t do Jack shit for her job.
Another girl already quit because they wouldn’t raise her to $23/hr even though she does everyone’s job. If me and my cousin don’t get a raise to $25/hr; we’re quitting.
I just find it bullshit no matter how hard we work, we get dicked. Our budget is getting cut because they’re making internal changes even though they’re making record profits this year.
I fucking hate America and this bullshit. Sorry for the rant, but I’m furious.
