I shouldn't have to go through a 20 minute process just to find out something that could have been in the fucking job description on indeed, countless times i have sat at my pc for 20+ minutes applying for ONE job and right at the end of the process, “you must be 18 years of age” “you need “X” amount of experience in “X” Field” Like for fuck sakes quit wasting my time, I dont leave blank spaces in my resume for you to find out at the interview process so why waste MY fucking time.
