I'm never sure if I qualify and I don't want to look down, sideways, or up, on anyone. My employment situation always lands me in we “need you…but….but….don't speak…..can't pay you more.”
How do we figure out our value /crossover point.
I need all kind of dental work because new employers won't higher me if I don't smile enough. But I can't afford major dental work until new employers higher me.
Current job wants me in everyone's faces, but I know if I was in everyone's faces they wouldn't want to work with me.
So how do we stop the loop?
