They told me I had a victim mentality. This is a follow up to a post I made the other day. If I were face to face with them when they said that I would have quit on the spot. I am kind of shocked in a way that they actually said this. It seems out of place even for them. I can’t help but laugh though because again I am just so stunned lol. I am curious what do people here make of this??? What would you think if your boss said this to you?
