Guy at work making me extremely uncomfortable – should I report this?

It started out harmless. When I was new, he invited me to on break to lunch. I didn’t know the area well and really appreciated it, but noticed he was smirking so proud when we see coworkers. That was my first inkling of something weird He invited me in the future, and I’d politely decline. At some points I went with female coworkers and I remember seeing his face and sensed something off like jealousy, which is totally uncalled for as if he has some strange claim on me From then on I cut the friendly talk. Absolutely no more time with him than a brief nod. I don’t smile at him, and I’m way too “busy” to engage in convo. However his advances continued, and recently escalated as I think he’s trying to start a rumour of something happening between him and I as a couple coworkers said as…

However his advances continued, and recently escalated as I think he’s trying to start a rumour of something happening between him and I as a couple coworkers said as such to me. This made me creeped out and upset

Last night, I was in the shower at home when I got a notification on my phone of movement on my dash-cam. My heart stopped as I saw it was him. I don’t know how he learned where I live unless he followed me.

I’m very uncomfortable with this and considering calling my boss to tell him, but I’m also a bit scared / nervous. Does anyone have advice?
